Bio

Hardik Pandya is a Design Leader who’s led design organizations at startups and large companies. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Design for the Unacademy Group. Before that, he worked at Google Search as the Design Lead for the Searchbox & Autocomplete experience, and G Suite.

Over his career he has helped multiple companies shape the experience of their web & mobile products – most notably Olacabs, Melorra, Wellthy Therapeutics and Instamojo.

He also occasionally advises early-stage startups.
