About Hardik

Hardik Pandya is a Design Leader who’s led design organizations at startups and large companies. Currently, he is the Head of Design & AI Principal at Atlassian for the Service Collection portfolio. Previously he was the SVP of Design for the Unacademy Group, and the Design Lead at Google Search for the Searchbox & Autocomplete.

Over his career he has helped multiple companies shape the experience of their web & mobile products – most notably Airlearn, Unacademy, Google, Olacabs, Melorra, Wellthy Therapeutics and Instamojo.

He also occasionally advises early-stage startups.
